We are able to advise you on recent trends for different markets and current buying levels to ensure realistic bidding figures.
We attend the auction on your behalf and attempt to secure the relevant property(ies) for you at or below your maximum price.
We provide further practical assistance with the transaction, regular follow-up with the transferring attorneys, and gaining control of the premises.
If you so desire, Altiru will assist with repairs and maintenance. Finally, Altiru will find, vet and install a reliable tenant, should you desire to utilise our excellent rental management services.
