The original intention was, and still is, to partner with clients in doing property transactions where success is mutually dependant on the other's sustained best efforts. In opposition to the agent model, we are committed for the long haul and seek to do repeat business. We rely strongly on customer recommendations and referrals to expose us to new business opportunities.
